Magic Celtics Game 3 Preview

The Boston Celtics surprised a lot of people when they went into Orlando and took two games from the Magic. Boston ended the season horribly and there were many people saying that their run was over. But after beating the Cavs in 6 and now betting Orlando on the road the Celtics are suddenly getting people’s attention. There is a lot of Lakers fans including me that are excited for a potential LA, Boston rematch in the NBA Finals. But before that happens the Celtics still have two more game to win against a tough Orlando team.

In game three on Saturday the Magic will try to do what Boston did to them. It will be much harder for Orlando since the Celtics have so much momentum and there crowd will really boost their play. If Orlando wants to win Rashard Lewis needs to get more evolved on the offensive end and contain Kevin Garnett, and Dwight Howard has to play up to his standard. He should be scoring every time he gets the ball near the basket, and when the double comes the Magic perimeter players need to knock down the three. Also if Orlando moves the ball well and gets open shots for everyone gives them a shot at game three. The Celtics have been guarding the three well and playing great defense throughout the series. It will be very hard for the Magic to come back in this best of 7 series, but if they win game three that have a chance. They will have some momentum going into game 4 and could maybe steal one. It is very doubtful but it is possible. I like the Celtics to win this series in 5 games. I think Orlando will win one game in Boston, but the Celtics will go back to Orlando and close it out.

Check out this video of Rashard Lewis talking about game three and how he can get evolved more:
